Borras secure two new framework agreements
Borras are delighted to announce our success in securing a place on both the LGSS and Hertfordshire County Council framework agreements.
The Property Works Framework with Hertfordshire County Council follows 8 successful years on the SMARTE East Framework, a former alliance between Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk County Councils, for which Borras delivered over 35 projects. The new agreement runs until 2019 and will involve refurbishment, extension and new build projects up to £1m.
LGSS, a shared service jointly owned by Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire County Councils recently launched its new 2015-19 Construction Framework, for which Borras were one of 8 suppliers successful in securing future opportunities from Band A, involving projects ranging from £100k to £1.5m.
Borras look forward to developing our already well established relationships with these clients, starting as we mean to go on with a £800k extension project at Corby Village Primary School which our Special Works Division will be starting in June for Northamptonshire County Council.
More importantly when there have been issues we have been able to sit down with your team and through constructive dialogue find solutions
