Early Stages at St Louis Catholic Primary School

Our General Contracts Division began on a £3.5m expansion project at St Louis Catholic Primary School, Aylesbury in August 2015.

Works, which are on behalf of Buckinghamshire County Council will include two single storey extensions to the existing school. The first is for key stage 2 and will provide 8 new classrooms, a 180 m² school hall and additional staff offices. The second, which will be located the other side of the existing building will home an additional nursery classroom and toilets.

Externally a new play area, car park and pick up/drop off area will be created. All works will take place as the school remains in full occupation.

Our project team are working in partnership with Jonathan Holland Architects and Clipston Construction to deliver the scheme which is scheduled for completion next summer.
