In Progress – Wood Lane Hub
This £2m project, which began in February 2016 involves the extension and refurbishment of Wood Lane Hub, a student referral unit managed by Woodbridge Park Education Services in Hounslow.
The site caters for key stage 1 and 4 pupils along with the administrative/business centre for the whole service.
Works are being phased allowing the site to remain in full occupation. Hoarding has been erected around the grounds to create secure walkways and access routes which effectively segregate the staff and pupils from any of the live construction areas.
The project encompasses:
- A two storey extension to provide a link corridor, lift and stairs
- Construction of a new sports/dining hall extension
- A single storey extension to form a new, larger entrance porch
- Refurbishment works throughout the existing building, including re-roofing works
- The reconfiguration and refitting of an existing mobile unit into a work skills training facility

The scheme is being completed by our General Contracts Division in partnership with consultants Pick Everard and is due for completion early in 2017.
In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we are keen to reassure our employees, clients, project stakeholders and supply-chain partners, that we are taking the necessary precautions in relation to a healthy working environment across our sites and operations.
