Our Social Housing Division have recently commenced works at Lovell Road, Ealing. The site is a 0.6 hectare former garage site on the boundary of an existing estate, 40 garages were demolished in 2011 freeing up the land for new social and affordable rent housing.
Twenty properties in total will be constructed, two 3 storey, flat roofed apartment blocks will provide 16 two bed and 2 one bed homes in addition to two 4 bedroomed semi detached houses which will be located between the two blocks.
Works, which will include associated hard and soft landscaping is being handled by Site Manager Spencer Lunn and is scheduled to last 48 weeks.
The site is now clear and ready for works to begin
