The Library’s top floor features two large spaces for rent by the Council, one of which is currently home to Explore Learning, an organisation who provide Maths and English tuition for children aged 5 to 14.

The contract was successfully delivered by Site Manager Matt Hope, Contracts Manager Paul Stack and Surveyor Don Carmichael.
