Work for Borras
Our most important resource is our employees. As such training and developing our entire workforce so they gain the necessary skills to reach their full potential is vital.
We take pride in what we do and create an atmosphere of harmony with clients and suppliers where all benefit from the most friendly and positive conditions possible. Increasing the skills and knowledge of our staff to produce confident, highly qualified people working together as an effective and efficient team is the only way to achieve this.
To underpin this we are Investors in People and have been Director Members of Construction Training (Beds and Herts) ltd for over 10 years – the largest independent CITB sponsored training group in the eastern region.
Both the Contract and Site Managers were extremely approachable and professional and always kept us fully informed of both the progress of the build and any possible impact/access issues that may have occurred. Any queries or questions that we had were fully resolved and answered at the earliest opportunity and an excellent working relationship was quickly established between Borras and the Red Cross.
